TRANSPORTES FELIX E HIJOS S.L. in its organisation and management model has set up an Ethical Channel with preventive effectiveness that enables the detection of acts or conducts that could be contrary to the general or sectorial regulations applicable to it in accordance with the Criminal Code when it imposes “the obligation to report possible risks and breaches to the body responsible for monitoring the operation and observance of the prevention model”.

The Ethics Channel is available to all members of our organisation and/or third parties who may inform the organisation of the existence of any procedural or organisational weakness that could lead to a criminal risk or the commission or omission of a criminal act.

TRANSPORTES FELIX E HIJOS S.L. guarantees confidentiality, anonymity and the non-existence of reprisals of any kind towards the person who has brought the facts to its attention. The data will be kept in the system only for the time necessary to investigate the reported facts. In any case, three months after the introduction of your personal data, our organisation will proceed to delete them from the system. If it is necessary to keep them in order to continue the investigation, our organisation may continue to process your data in a different environment that is legally appropriate.

2- Model form for reporting evidence or suspicion of criminal conduct, which may be obtained in physical or digital format by requesting it at the organisation’s offices.
3- Through our Ethical Channel, which will provide anonymity in accordance with current legislation. 

The purpose of our code of ethics is to guarantee and promote the commitment of Transportes Félix e Hijos S.L. and all the people linked to it to comply with the ethical principles, the regulations and the laws in force applicable in all its fields of action.

It is designed to be fully effective and applicable at all levels of the organisation, from managers and professional members to third parties with whom they interact.

In this way, it is intended that all professionals who form part of or are related to Transportes Félix e Hijos SL are fully aware of the Code of Conduct and undertake to comply with it, as well as to report any conduct or suspicious indications that are contrary to good conduct in relation to the company.
